This agenda that was prepared for a Thai group of students who came to Canada during the April 2003 break. This group's focus was to learn English and to experience life as a student in a Canadian environment. Touring, although included, was of a secondary nature. These students received three hours of intensive English per day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The mornings were spent following a "Canadian Buddy" as he or she went from about their routine schedule at school. The Thai student participated in all regular and extra-curricular school activities, and was treated like any other Canadian student. Thursday was a touring day, and weeknights and weekends were spent with homestay families. Note: This program is offered from September to June, during the Canadian school year.
